HAFTAN

Extremely thin bandage (0.8 mm) made from polyurethane foam, open-pored, supple. Used as skin protection under adhesive bandages and tape dressings,as well as for securing pads which provide extra compression. The material’s surface makes bandage turns adhere well to each other. Haftan is also used for the smooth application of padding material underneath P.o.P. and synthetic casts. Polyurethane foam, white, resistant to ointments, sweat and cleaning agents.
