Tensopress is a technically advanced cotton-rich warp-knitted compression bandage incorporating a blend of cotton, viscose and elastomeric yarns. It delivers measured, safe, sub bandage pressure for the treatment of venous leg ulcers through increasing blood flow velocity and improving venous return.
